Overview

Based in Oakland, CA, Soba Ichi is the only place in the world outside of Japan that makes their signature soba noodles by hand, from scratch, using traditional techniques.

We crafted a 30-second web commercial and a 17-minute process documentary to commemorate their receiving Michelin's coveted Bib Gourmand award.
